Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the MD and the sales team to formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for each business segment that align with the overall goals of LS Scientific Limited. 
  • • Brand Management: Oversee the brand identity and positioning for LS Scientific Limited, ensuring consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing materials and communication channels. 
  • • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales. 
  • • Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis. 
  • • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth and translate findings into actionable insights. 
  • • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across online and offline channels. 
  • • Digital Marketing: Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, website management, and SEO, to enhance online visibility and engagement for all market segments and products. 
  • • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external teams to create compelling and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with the target audience. 
  • • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach. 
  • • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant metrics and data. Provide regular reports and insights to management to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. 
  • • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience 
  • • Strategic thinker and has executed strategic direction for a marketing unit. 
  • • Must be creative, witty, smart, a good narrator, and storyteller, excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills. 
  • • Ability to translate brand and marketing strategy into simple and relatable initiatives for internal (staff) and external (customers) audiences 
  • • Passionate mindset with a drive for innovation and constant learning in marketing and communications. 
  • • Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem. 
  • • Experience in leveraging customer analytics and segmentation to drive business growth
